Fair Padel is a tournament management platform designed to help organizers create, manage, and operate padel tournaments while providing players with transparent registration, community-based screening, and fair competition.

Fair Padel acts as a technology platform and does not organize or operate tournaments directly unless explicitly stated.

To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account.

Depending on your role, additional information may be required:

• Players may be required to provide identity verification documents before joining tournaments.
• Organizers may be required to submit business verification documents before publishing tournaments.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities performed using your account.

Tournament registration is subject to each organizer's eligibility requirements, category rules, registration deadlines, and participant capacity.

Submitting a registration does not guarantee participation until your registration has been confirmed according to the tournament's registration process.

Fair Padel reserves the right to automatically manage registration status based on tournament capacity and organizer decisions.

To promote fair competition, Fair Padel provides community reporting ("Flagging") features.

Players may report suspected violations such as:

• Incorrect skill level
• Sandbagging
• Eligibility concerns
• Other tournament rule violations

Reported players may submit one defense within the response period before the organizer makes a final decision.

Final decisions regarding participant eligibility are made solely by the tournament organizer.

Tournament registration fees are processed through supported payment providers.

Refund eligibility depends on:

• Organizer refund policy
• Tournament status
• Withdrawal timing
• Applicable platform policies

Fair Padel does not guarantee refunds unless required by the organizer's published refund policy or applicable law.

By using Fair Padel, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information.
• Respect tournament rules.
• Refrain from submitting false reports.
• Avoid abusive or fraudulent activities.
• Respect other users and organizers.

Violation of these Terms may result in account suspension or removal from tournaments.

Fair Padel provides software and tournament management services only.

We are not responsible for:

• Tournament cancellations
• Venue-related issues
• Match disputes
• Personal injury
• Financial losses arising from tournament participation

We may update these Terms periodically.

Continued use of the Platform after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
